This is such a quick and yummy soup. My husband is not a huge fan of black beans but I thought I'd try it anyway. Guess what? He really liked it. It only took me 20 minutes to make which is great because it's just about time to watch the Lakers game. I topped the soup with sour cream, shredded cheese and crumbled tortilla chips. The leftovers will be perfect for lunch tomorrow. Thank you to Baking to De-stress. I found the recipe on her blog.
