White Bean Soup


Last night for dinner I made White Bean Soup. I subsituted 2 15oz cans of beans rather than use dried. It wasn't as thick as I prefer bean soup to be, so I would add less chicken stock next time, but it was still really yummy and low-cal. I topped it with croutons and some parmesean cheese. Yum!
