We started the 3rd workout of Couch to 5K last night. This workout is 90 seconds of jogging, 90 seconds of walking, 3 minutes of jogging, 3 minutes of walking; both repeated twice. The beginning was rough since I was tired from work and not really in the mood to do anything but lay on the couch, but once I got started it was great. We powered through 20 minutes and before I knew it, we we're done. I'm loving this program.
Good for you, getting off the couch after a long day of work is so tough. I just started running again yesterday so I feel your pain. Can't wait to hear more about it.
