On to other things, pumpkin macaroni and cheese was on the menu for the weekend. I figured we needed some carbs the night before the race and this fit the bill.
We Are Not Martha. Head over to their site for the details. I made a couple swaps though. I used regular macaroni noodles, white cheddar cheese and sour cream instead of yogurt. It was delicious and will definitely be in my dinner menu rotation.
